Get Premium and sign in to the same account on each device, and Coday syncs on its own between Android, iPhone, iPad and HarmonyOS, with no switch to turn on. When two devices are both open, a change on one shows up on the other straight away, photos and attachments included. On the free version, signing in keeps your data on that device only; nothing goes to the cloud.
Start syncing
- Get Premium on any one device.
- On each device, open the You tab, tap "Sign In Now" and sign in to the same account.
- Your items upload and download by themselves. Anything you logged before signing in moves into the account and syncs too.
Ways to sign in:

Accounts go by email address: if you signed in with Apple on iPhone, getting a code at the same email address on HarmonyOS or Android signs you in to the same account. If you chose Hide My Email when signing in with Apple, your account's address is a forwarding address from Apple that's hard to sign in with elsewhere. To sync across platforms, use the email code on iPhone too, or choose Share My Email when signing in with Apple.
When it syncs
- When you change an item, it uploads right away.
- When you open Coday or come back to it, it checks for changes.
- When Coday is open on two devices, they keep up with each other live.
- To sync by hand, pull down on the Home tab.
What syncs: items (with their photos, attachments and every entry), the wishlist, and your currency settings. Sample data stays on the device and never syncs. The "Push Reminders" switch is set on each device separately.
If two devices both change the same item while offline, changes to different fields are all kept; if both changed the same field, the later change wins.
Signed in on the free version
Signing in is free, and AI Capture needs it. Without Premium, though, your items stay only on that device and aren't uploaded. Once you get Premium, they upload by themselves.
Signing out, or when Premium ends
- Signing out: your items stay on the device and come back when you sign in to that account again. Any changes that hadn't synced yet carry on syncing when you sign back in.
- Premium ends: uploads and live sync stop. Everything you logged is still on each device, and syncing picks up again if you get Premium again.
